Who We Are
The Movement Club was created by Eva and Jazmine to build a space where women can move, connect, and feel challenged in an environment that is welcoming and grounded.
Led by a certified personal trainer and kinesiology student, each class is designed with intention. We focus on controlled, strength-building movement that builds confidence and mental resilience. The goal is simple. Push past what you think your limit is in a way that feels supportive and rewarding.
Beyond the workout, The Movement Club is rooted in community. We move outdoors under open skies, by the lake, and in thoughtfully chosen spaces throughout South Orange County because environment shapes experience. Being outside invites presence, clarity, and connection in a way that feels different from a traditional studio.
Each class is an opportunity to show up for yourself while being surrounded by women doing the same. We challenge one another, celebrate progress, and build friendships that extend beyond the mat.
We are building more than strength. We are building confidence, connection, and a community where women feel supported, energized, and part of something meaningful.
